If you wish to make a booking request, please check the calendar below to see if the facility you require is available.
Then fill out the form below, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    By selecting continuous booking your booking will be automatically extended and you will be billed another 6 weeks, unless you advise otherwise in advance.

    Payment for swimming pool hire is to be made in advance of hire date.

    Terms and conditions

    • Pool hire is strictly restricted to one side of the pool only.

    • No food or drink to be taken pool-side.

    • All pool health and safety protocols must be observed.

    • To non members the bar is off limits, you may use the toilets inside by the front entrance. A disabled toilet is available, ask a member of staff for details.

    • Changing rooms must be left clean and tidy at the end of your session as a charge will be applied if we have to clean up on your behalf.

    • Any inappropriate behaviour towards any member of staff or resident of Woodland Glade will result in immediate expulsion from the facilities.

    • Any damages to the property of Woodland Glade will be the responsibility of the hirer and will be charged for.

    • Woodland Glade reserve the right to change or cancel this agreement at any time. Refunds for unused hire will be given in these circumstances.

    • Clothes and belongings should not be left in the cubicles please use the lockers provided.

    • You must remove outdoor shoes or wear a pair of the blue shoe covers before entering the changing rooms or going pool-side.
