    The bar/lounge will close at 5pm (4pm on Fridays) giving your party 30 min to finish any drinks.

    Terms and conditions

    • Please leave the bar & lounge as you found it, as a charge will be applied if we have to clean up on your behalf.

    • Foul or abusive language will not be tolerated.

    • Any inappropriate behaviour towards any member of staff or resident of Woodland Glade will result in immediate expulsion from the facilities.

    • Any damages to property of Woodland Glade will be the responsibility of the hirer and will be charged for.

    • Woodland Glade reserve the right to change or cancel this agreement at any time. Refunds for unused hire will be given in these circumstances.

    • The bar at Woodland Glade will close to all non members/guests at 6:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 4pm on Fridays. Your party will be given 30 minutes to finish any drinks, exiting the room no later than 7pm.
